However, their marketing efforts lagged behind, with limited lead generation from marketing sources and an absence of content that demonstrated the platform's features, benefits, and value.

While SciLeads excelled at converting demos into bookings, the lack of marketing-generated leads created significant hurdles:
The client's website had long been held back by an outdated and restrictive CMS that made even simple updates slow and cumbersome. To unlock growth, we migrated the site to WordPress, providing a faster, more flexible foundation that gave their internal team the autonomy to launch content and campaigns at speed.

Designed with conversion in mind, every asset was carefully branded, visually engaging, and strategically positioned across the site to drive lead capture and nurture interest from high-intent prospects.

To strengthen organic visibility and position the client as a trusted voice in their space, we developed and executed a focused content strategy. Weekly blog posts were crafted around high-intent SEO keywords, helping to drive consistent traffic growth and improve engagement across key landing pages.
Alongside this, we produced educational content that showcased how to use SciLeads more effectively for sales prospecting – arming potential customers with practical value while reinforcing the platform's unique strengths. The result was a steady stream of qualified visitors and a stronger foothold in search.

We overhauled the client's email marketing by migrating their communications from MailChimp to HubSpot – unlocking more advanced automation, segmentation, and reporting capabilities. As part of the transition, we also carried out a full database clean-up and re-permissioning process, growing their GDPR-compliant subscriber base from 6,000 to over 22,000.
